The keys are shaking on the keyboard. As for the mouse, it is too noisy and delays. You click 1st and seconds later.
I DID NOT LIE IT. I didn’t go through return because, I did not open it after a week.

The product will not function properly. I have been on the phone with HP for over 2 hours trying to make the product work. they sent a replacement set and it works worse than the first set. With the first set only the keyboard worked and with the second set, neither the mouse or the keyboard works. The software indicating the strength of the batteries does not install or work properly either. I have tried installing and using the product on another pc just in case the first pc had issues and still no luck.
I do NOT recommend this product.

I rarely give ratings to product. I blew a lot of money on this. Please do not buy. Buy something more ergonomic. I started using my wired mouse from acer because the mouse was so uncomfortable, and doesn’t move very well. Save your money, and buy something cheap, which would be much better. I don’t think any research went from HP into thinking of ergonomic capability of this product. It just looks good. I will you that.

It is a very nice product, but the mouse would not work on a computer running Linspire 6, even though the keyboard worked great. Unfortunately, the wireless optical mouse was the main reason for my purchase. I will be changing operating systems sometime, and will till then for full use of it.

The HP Wireless Elite Keyboard has a nice light touch. The keys are very responsive as well as the mouse. Installation is a breeze and the functionality of wireless is a “no brainer.” Be aware that there is continued battery replacement. The pricing through Amazon was great in comparison to various computer outlets.
