The keyboard has a different arrangement of the function keys, insert, delete, etc. Make sure you are okay with the key layouts before your purchase. There may be a lot of adjusting you need to adapt to if you use those keys frequently.
In general, it is a sturdy keyboard that had last 3 years of daily office typing without much wears to the letters or other mechanical problems.

Though it says it’s for MAC, it was clearly designed by PC thinking people. My first horror was to discover that it does NOT have a USB port for the mouse on the keyboard itself. As the MAC only has 3 USB ports, my hub is full and I don’t need one more thing to plug into it.
Secondly, it doesn’t sit upright as shown. It adjusts awkwardly and sits flat. Beware also, Goldtouch’s RMA form states: A 15% restocking fee will apply to unopened product. A 50% restocking fee will apply to opened
product. I don’t know how they expect you to know if you’ll like it by looking at the box.
Pass on this one.

I wrote a review earlier about the new model (GTU-077) versus the older model (KFK-E87YB). The new model had some initial production problems of stiffer key pressure and loose contact with some right hand keys.
Customer service was proactive in contacting me and letting me know that they had fixed those problems. They even sent me a fixed keyboard. That was above and beyond customer service expectations!
The fixed keyboard GTU-077 is a joy to use again. The key pressure is back to normal. I am recovering from repetitive stress injury (RSI) due to typing. I put the keyboard on my lap in the shape of a flat tent, which really helped alleviate my RSI pain immediately.
One minor nit: I do prefer the key placement of the previous model (ESC not connected to the row of Function keys). However, I did get used to the placement and it does not detract from the overall benefits of use.
Excellent keyboard!

This is by far the very best designed keyboard I have ever found. I am wide shouldered and all other keyboards I’ve ever tried make my wrists twist inward and my shoulders “scrunch” up. I found this QWERTY in 2000 and have never been disappointed (or sore) when working on it. It’s a bit strange at first because the keys actually fit your finger/wrist position naturally but once you get used to it, I bet you will never go back and wonder why you suffered for so long without it. I’d give it a thousand stars if they’d let me.

I just wanted to point out that there are 2 goldtouch keyboard layouts with a subtle difference.
One has the goldtouch-logo, followed by the Esc key, followed by the F1 key.
The other has the Esc key followed by the logo, followed by the F1 key. This one also has an indentation on the caps-lock key and also the right-shift and right-control keys (the indentations might make it easier to learn the layout of this keyboard). Also the indentation on the caps-lock key helps to avoid accidentally pressing it, when you’re trying to hit the ‘A’ key.
I think the latter layout is better; I have the former and I keep hitting the caps-lock key when I try to hit the ‘A’ key. Just thought I would point this out.
Overall , I like this keyboard a lot. It is a huge improvement over the old goldtouch keyboad which didn’t have easy F11 and F12 buttons. This new one also has two sets of backspace/del buttons, one for the left hand and one for the right hand which I think is useful, although I need to get into the habit of using the left-hand keys.
I need to be able to change my keyboard angles regularly to prevent pain, and this goldtouch keyboard is indispensable for that purpose.
